Earlier this summer, i had a wonderful couple weeks studying in Easton Connecticut in the country studio of Everett Raymond Kinstler. This is where I remember him working, so it's an extra special space for me:) I will treasure those days of scrap canvas hunting, book searching, and paint pushing in Uncle Ev's studio. I also got to take a workshop with Kathy Anderson hosted by Peggy Kinstler there in her beautiful gardens! A week later I returned for a workshop my dad was teaching back in the Easton studio. I love being "number 11" of his 10 students. I get perspectives that I probably wouldn't choose, but by the end of the day I have always learned so much from the challenge!
